1. Job Analysis and Description
- Start by conducting a thorough job analysis to understand the specific requirements of the position.
- Create a detailed job description that includes the job title, responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations.
2. Clear Hiring Process
- Establish a clear and consistent hiring process that outlines the steps from posting the job opening to making the final job offer.

3. Inclusive Recruitment
