Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in customizing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise in ABAP programming and deep understanding of SAP systems will be essential in ensuring successful project implementations and system optimizations.

Responsibilities

• 1. Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
• 2. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand client requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• 3. Design and implement SAP enhancements, reports, forms, and workflows.
• 4. Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and integrity of ABAP code.
• 5. Develop and optimize SAP interfaces and integrations with other systems and modules.
• 6. Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments and enhancements.
• 7. Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP applications and custom developments.
• 8. Assist in performance tuning and system optimization to enhance the efficiency of SAP solutions.
• 9. Stay current with SAP ABAP best practices, technologies, and industry trends.
• 10. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant.
• 3. Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
• 4. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration points, including MM, SD, PP, and FI.
• 5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• 6. Proficiency in SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
• 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• 8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• 9. Experience with data migration, batch job processing, and workflow development.
• 10. SAP certification in ABAP or related areas is advantageous.
• 11. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) is a plus.
