Job Description

Mandatory Skills:LMS,Compensation, Successfactors

  • 1.'Minimum 4 years’ experience in SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation.
  • 2.Active certification is a must in both LMS and Compensation modules.
  • 3.Minimum of 2 End-to-end implementations in LMS and Compensation.

LMS: Minimum 2 End-to-end Implementations in the LMS module.

  • 1. Accountable for day-to-day work and collaboration with Team members.
  • 2.Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 3.Should have experience in LMS Custom reports (Plateau Report Designer).
  • 4.Knowledge of XML and HTML is essential.

Compensation:

  • Minimum 2 End-to-end Implementations in the Compensation module.
  • Standard and Custom compensation statements.
