Job Summary

A Corporate SAP MDG Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for corporate hires and project team members within a corporate organization to enhance their skills and knowledge in the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) system. The trainer will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, design and implement training modules, and ensure that participants are proficient in using SAP MDG for data management and governance in implementations and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development

  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop training materials, modules, and documentation for SAP MDG.
  • Create customized training plans based on the specific requirements of the organization.

2. Training Delivery

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions for participants at all levels.
  • Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to ensure proficiency.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.

3. SAP MDG Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP MDG developments and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP MDG, offering guidance and support to project team members.

4. Training Coordination

  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate logistics, including training venues and materials.
  • Keep accurate records of training participants, progress, and outcomes.

5. Assessment and Feedback

  • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness.

6. Support

  • Provide ongoing support to project team members as they apply SAP MDG in their daily work.
  • Address and resolve user issues and challenges related to SAP MDG.

7. Reporting

  • Prepare reports on training activities, participant performance, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • SAP MDG certification and demonstrable expertise in SAP MDG configuration and administration.
  • Previous experience as a corporate trainer and SAP MDG consultant.
  • Strong understanding of master data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot SAP MDG-related issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to stay current with SAP MDG updates and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields.
  • Experience working with similar enterprise data management systems.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration with SAP MDG.
  • Knowledge of the industry or sector in which the organization operates.
