Job Summary

A SAP FICO Trainer is responsible for delivering training and education to individuals or groups of professionals seeking to learn and improve their skills in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. The SAP FICO Trainer must be able to design and deliver effective training programs, assess the progress of participants, and adapt the training content to meet the specific needs of the learners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development

• Design and develop comprehensive training contents, course materials, and training modules for SAP FICO.
• Tailor training content to address the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO features and updates and incorporate them into training materials.

2. Training Delivery

• Conduct training sessions in a classroom, virtual, or on-site setting.
• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and practical examples to trainees.
• Provide guidance and support to learners to ensure a complete understanding of SAP FICO concepts and their application.

3. Assessment and Feedback

• Assess the progress and performance of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants and help them improve their SAP FICO skills.

4. Customization and Consultation

• Customize training content to align with an organization's specific business processes and requirements.

5. Continuous Learning

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP FICO, including new releases, best practices, and industry trends.
• Continuously improve and update training materials and methods.

6. Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and training outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education and Certification

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.

2. SAP FICO Expertise

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules.
