Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Freelance SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Trainer to deliver high-quality training to corporate groups interested in learning SAP PM. As a Freelance SAP PM Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive instruction and guidance in SAP Plant Maintenance, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and other related topics. This position is ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of SAP PM and a passion for sharing their expertise with others.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Training Sessions

• Plan, prepare, and deliver SAP PM training sessions to individuals or groups, both in person and virtually.
• Ensure that training materials, presentations, and resources are up-to-date and relevant.

2. Curriculum Development

• Create and update training materials, including presentations, documentation, and exercises, to support the learning process.
• Tailor the curriculum to meet the specific needs of the audience, such as beginners, intermediate learners, or advanced users.

3. Assess Progress

• Evaluate the progress and understanding of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide feedback and guidance to help participants improve their skills in SAP PM.

4. Stay Informed

• Stay updated on the latest SAP PM trends, updates, and best practices to ensure the training content is current and relevant.

5. Communication

• Maintain effective communication with trainees, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.

6. Adaptability

• Be flexible and adapt your training approach to different learning styles and skill levels of participants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP PM with a deep understanding of Plant Maintenance processes and procedures.
• SAP PM certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, in SAP PM.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficiency in using SAP PM software and related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist trainees with issues and challenges.
• A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their SAP PM endeavours.
